1. Project Background and Vision

As artificial intelligence technology continues to evolve, the demand for large-scale computing resources is growing. However, traditional cloud computing services face issues such as data security and centralized risks. Concurrently, with the development of blockchain technology, the Web3 ecosystem is emerging as a new solution. Our project aims to combine AI computing power with Web3 technologies to build a decentralized, secure, and reliable AI computing service network. We provide high-quality computing resources to users, promote the development of AI technology, and create more value for users and enterprises.

Computing power networks are a new type of information infrastructure that centers around computing power and is based on the network, deeply integrating network, cloud, data, intelligence, security, edge, end, and chain to provide integrated services. In 2020, the concept and industrial form of integrated computing power networks gradually emerged internationally. At the same time, the global internet development officially entered the era of large models, significantly increasing the demand for intelligent computing power. Compared to "traditional" networks, the core purpose of computing power networks is to provide computing power resource services to users. Furthermore, computing power networks integrate computing power resources and scheduling thoroughly into the communication network, offering the most user-demanded computing power resource services in a more integrated and convenient manner. Currently, the construction of international computing power networks is still in the process of moving from the initial stage to the development stage.

AIConnect's vision is to establish an open and fair platform, providing flexible and efficient AI computing services to users and developers worldwide, promoting the widespread application of AI technology, and fostering the development of the digital economy.
